Financing
All surgical fees are due three (3) weeks prior to surgery. A 10% deposit fee is due to reserve your surgery on our schedule. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the date of surgery. We accept cash, cashier's checks, Visa or Mastercard, and personal checks.

The Facility and Anesthesia Fees are due the day of surgery and subject to change. Those fees are paid directly to Norton Hospital and Anesthesiology Associates. The Anesthesia fee commences at $350.00 per hour. This fee is indicated as an estimate only. You may receive an additional bill for any time your surgery runs over the estimated time. Likewise, you may receive a refund should the surgery finish earlier.
